This winter, we’re inviting you to join us for an action packed family experience here at Barnstondale's Magical Christmas.
This is a fundraising event to raise vital funds for our charity which will go to supporting young people from across our region.
Enchanted Garden
Feel mesmerised by our enchanted sensory garden, meet our mystical friends and chime the seasonal instruments.
Santa's Grotto
Enjoy a meet and greet experience with Santa in his Grotto. Bring your cameras as there is always time for a (s)elfie!!

Can you help Yuki and Santa's elves find the presents in time for Christmas?
Warm your hands and tummies with festively warm refreshments, whilst watching our Christmas Yeti Show - Yuki needs your help!
Deck The Halls
Wander into our magically lit open space, complemented with festive music and plenty of opportunity to elf around.
Creative station
Meet our festive elves and create a Christmas decoration to take home for your tree. Throw snowballs at the Grinch and take in our 'Yuki the Yeti ' short animated story.

Is entry to this event for a set time period?
Yes. The journey around our event will take approximately 60 minutes and there are lots of lovely characters, attractions and festive treats for you to enjoy as you travel around.
How much does the event cost?
Prices for the event range from £12.50 - £14.00. Under 2s are free. However if you would like your child under 2 years of age to meet Santa and leave with a gift please purchase a ticket.
Family tickets are available from £50.00. A family tickets admits 4 people; 2 adults and 2 children.

What is Barnstondale's Magical Christmas event?
This will be our first festive fundraising extravaganza event as we turn Barnstondale’s majestic grounds into a magical wonderland full of fairy lights, magic and delight.
The journey around our event will take approximately 60 minutes and there are lots of lovely characters, attractions and festive treats for you to enjoy as you travel around.
All profits will go to our bursary fund that supports children and young adults in our region.
What are the dates and timings of this event?
To control numbers on site and ensure your experience is safe and enjoyable, we are offering limited timed ticket entry slots every 30 minutes.
The journey around our event will take approximately 60-90 minutes and there are lots of lovely characters, attractions and festive treats for you to enjoy as you travel around.
When you book you will be able to select your preferred session time, from 3pm to 6pm. The site will close at 7pm.
How do I book my tickets?

How will I receive my ticket?
When you book online then you’ll receive an email from us with your booking confirmation attached. Show this booking confirmation on the night of your visit to get entry to the site.
Is parking available?
We have limited FREE on site parking so ask that you arrive ON TIME for your entry.
Will I be able to take photographs?
Yes! We activiely encourage it and would appreciate you sharing them with us on our social media. Prizes will be given out to the best pictures selected by our communications team.
Can we bring our own refreshments?
Yes, but we will have plenty of homemade festive treats and drinks for you to buy on the night for all the family.
We ask that you do not bring alcohol to the event as we are not licensed so please wait until you get home to enjoy your favourite festive tipple!
What happens if I am unable to attend?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, we are happy to swap your tickets to another time/date (if availability allows).

What if the weather is really bad?
It wouldn't be Christmas without a bit of wind and rain! Please dress accordingly for the weather and we're sure you will still have a memorable experience.
We monitor the weather and will close the event if it gets too dangerous (e.g. high winds, thunderstorms). However, this is very rare and we usually make that decision before the event opens for the day. All those who are pre-booked will be contacted and we will post updates on our social media profiles.
Can I smoke or use an e-cigarette on site?
No, sorry. We are a children's charity so only permit smoking in the car park.
