Support and value our communities.

We are delighted to have the support of Campion Solicitors this year, a local solicitor’s firm that supports and values our community.

Campion Solicitors was launched in August 2010. Initially the office was at Jackie Campion, the Principal Solicitor’s home. They acquired the building a little later at 4 Milner Road in central Heswall, which is where they are now based. They are considered a friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable legal firm. As a result, they have many returning clients who instruct them in the variety of services they offer. As Jackie approaches her 30 years qualified milestone in 2023, they are excited to reintroduce their team and a refresh of their brand; "We have a small team, and my practice manager Ann McDonough has been with me from the outset. I am proud of my team. We get a lot of complimentary feedback from our clients about the treatment they receive from us all".

"It can be a daunting experience for someone to approach a Solicitor’s Practice and often even the thought of making the initial call is difficult, that is why many people put off doing essential work such as making a Will or Powers of Attorney. We are approachable and our team always show empathy and kindness."

Campion Solicitors provide a full range of services including Family Law, Wills, Probate, Property and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

As Jackie reflects on the last 30 years as a qualified solicitor, she agrees that she is humbled by the many returning clients and their families.

Jackie and the team look forward to many more years of service and extends heart-felt appreciation for the hundreds of people that have made the practice a great success.

Support and value our communities.

Campion Solicitors understands the importance of charity and supporting our local communities. That is why each year Campion Solicitors look to support and raise funds for charities in the local community. They have always taken up an annual partnership with a variety of charities.

"This year we have selected Barnstondale as our chosen charity, as they are a truly brilliant local charity that support local children, ensuring every child has an equal opportunity to accessing outdoor adventure and all the benefits that come from thriving in outdoor spaces, alongside their peers."

Jon Muspratt commented,

"It is widely acknowledged that the pandemic impacted children far more than first anticipated. Many were locked away in their homes during their formulative years, some without outdoor space or contact with anyone outside of their family. This is what makes residential trips so important. An opportunity for children to be children, away from home and with their peers, developing interpersonal skills and making friends for life.

As the ‘cost of living crisis’ impacts, families are struggling to make ends meet. In the Wirral alone, ONS figures show that over a third of households suffer from one type of deprivation, in a wider region that sadly sits above the national average. Parents are facing difficult decisions when it comes to paying for added experiences for their children. Children are missing out on the opportunity to learn in an outdoor environment, something they vitally missed out on during the pandemic, and that we know makes such a contribution to their personal development.

At Barnstondale we don’t believe outdoor education is a luxury, we believe it’s an essential for children’s resilience and emotional wellbeing, and that's why we fund children's places so that every child experiences an adventure that sparks something more!

We're really excited for the future of this relationship and
to be working together this year to raise money for this vital cause, with Campions Solicitors support, to serve the families in our community and help support the future generations of young people in the Wirral."
