Why Barnstondale

Why is a trip to Barnstondale a must for your school?

Residential learning experience provides opportunities and benefits that cannot be achieved in any other educational environment. Learning away from the familiar classroom environment is motivating, exciting, and stimulating and the benefits can be measured long after everyone is back home.

Barnstondale regularly accommodates schools from across the region and has developed a vast range of activity programmes that fulfil all parts of the school curriculum from physical education to learning about the environment around us.
