Barnstondale is a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for youngsters from all walks of life, including those with a range of disabilities. We are passionate about transforming the lives of young people, inspiring them to grow in mind, body and spirit.

Groups can stay in high-quality, purpose-built accommodation surrounded by our extensive wooded grounds, which provides exciting opportunities for education, fun and a wealth of memorable experiences.

Beyond the cabins and amazing activities, our facilities include: classrooms, meeting rooms, art room, assembly hall, leaders' lounge, conference room and stage venue, floodlit multi-use games area (MUGA), sensory garden trail, games rooms and much, much more! See below for more details. 

Once you are down in our beautiful wooded dale, there’s a whole world of nature around you to be discovered.

Our MUGA can be easily adapted for a range of sports, including football, basketball, cricket and tennis. It is also fully floodlit so can be enjoyed into the dark hours!

Our ever-popular adventure playground is equipped with swings, roundabouts, slides and other challenges for climbing and balancing.

The trail offers a wealth of experiences along the way, including brightly-coloured, friendly characters, bridges, games, musical instruments and sensory plants. The trail is wheelchair accessible throughout.

Our versatile conference room is the perfect space for your meetings, workshops, craft activities and even movie nights. With free Wi-Fi broadband internet, large screen, audio-visual equipment and PA system, it has got everything you need to host your event.

Our spacious sports hall, including our indoor climbing wall, means that whatever the weather the adventure doesn’t have to stop.
