Teambuilding

In the spirit of teamwork, all of Barnstondale’s team building activities aim to improve the morale of all children and participants. Through our activities, not only do we cultivate teamwork, but we also create fun in doing so. Another reason why team building is so important at Barnstondale is that it helps teachers and group leaders identify those that have strong leadership skills whilst also identifying those that require help in gaining confidence and being teambuilding members.
